A Sunday School program is provided for children ages 3 years to 13 years old. Children begin the service together with their parents at 10 a.m., from which they are collectively dismissed to their Sunday School classes by the pastor. Younger kids learn through music, crafts and Bible stories. Young teens learn by helping the younger ones through acting out the scriptures and other forms of participation. On Communion Sundays the children will return to the service to receive Communion with their families. The classes are taught by church members, who volunteer to teach on a rotating basis.
The Sunday School also traditionally performs a Christmas program. We warmly welcome any and all children to join us for Sunday School, and encourage adults and youths to volunteer in teaching and assisting. The Sunday School “year” follows the school calendar.
